We are pleased to announce a Workshop on the Effects of the Environment on the Nutritional Quality and Safety of Organically Produced Foods. The Workshop will be held on Tuesday, 18 December 2007 and Wednesday, 19 December 2007 at the University of Reading. Details of fees plus a downloadable form are available on the Registration page.
